Terms of Service

The product

IMEI Report sells one-time digital status reports. You enter an IMEI or serial number, pay the displayed price, and we email a signed link to a report compiled from third-party reference data (for example warranty or coverage indicators, activation lock, network lock, and blacklist flags).

We do not sell phones, SIM cards, eSIMs, unlocks, warranties, or any physical goods. Reports are informational only.

No official affiliation

We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or an official partner of Apple Inc. or any mobile carrier. This site is not an official Apple GSX (Global Service Exchange) portal. Data comes from third-party sources and may be incomplete or delayed.

Orders, payment and delivery

Prices are shown in US dollars on the site before you pay. Card payments are processed by Creem. After successful payment we generate the report and email a signed result link to the address you provide. There is no shipping and no subscription.

Refunds

If our system fails to deliver a report because of an error on our side, email [email protected] for a refund. We generally do not refund completed reports because the digital lookup has already been consumed, except where required by law.

Acceptable use

You may only submit identifiers you are allowed to check (for example a device you own or are considering buying). Do not use the service for harassment, fraud, or any illegal purpose.

Disclaimer

Reports are provided as-is for reference. We do not guarantee that a device is genuine, unlocked, not stolen, or covered by any manufacturer warranty. You remain responsible for purchase decisions.
