Who we are

IMEI Report (imeireport.fyi) is an independent software team. We sell one-time digital device status reports. We are not Apple, a carrier, or an official GSX portal.

Information we collect

When you place an order we collect the IMEI or serial number you submit, your email address for delivery, the report type you choose, and payment status from our card processor (Creem) or on-chain payment details if you pay with USDT.

We also collect basic technical data such as IP address, browser type, and pages viewed, plus a language preference stored in your browser.

How we use it

We use this information to take payment, query third-party reference databases, email you a signed report link, provide customer support and refunds, prevent abuse, and understand how the site is used.

Sharing

We share what is needed to fulfill an order: payment processors, email delivery, and third-party data providers that return device status fields. We do not sell your personal information.

Analytics (including Baidu HM when configured) may process truncated usage data. Card payments are handled by Creem; we do not store full card numbers.

Cookies

We use local storage / cookies to remember your language and cookie consent, and optional analytics cookies after you accept the notice on the homepage. You can clear site data in your browser at any time.

Retention and your rights

We keep order and report records as long as needed for delivery, support, refunds, accounting and fraud prevention. You may email [email protected] to request access, correction, or deletion where applicable.
